Tagging Retail Drivers/Vehicles

Drivers and vehicles are configured for the entire company in Manage Settings > Distribution > Transportation. If you would like to associate particular drivers or vehicles to particular facilities within your company, we recommend using tags.

Tagging Drivers 

  1. Manage Settings>Distribution>Transportation>Drivers
  2. Tagging a driver 
    1. Select the Edit Driver icon on the driver under the Configure column
    2. Select the drop down under Tag this Driver 
    3. Select a tag that is also tagged for the facility the driver needs to appear or not appear at when building a retail delivery 
      1. This driver is now tagged with ‘Driver Retail’ 

Tagging Vehicles 

  1. Manage Settings>Distribution>Vehicles
  2. Tagging a Vehicle 
    1. Select the edit Vehicle icon on the vehicle from the Configure Column
    2. Select the drop down under ‘Tag this Vehicle’ 
    3. Select a tag that is also tagged for the facility the vehicle needs to appear or not appear at when building a retail delivery 
    4. The vehicle is now tagged with ‘Retail Vehicle’

Facility Tags for Drivers/Vehicles 

  1. Manage Settings>Facilities>Tags 
  2. Drivers 
  3. Vehicles 
  4. Tags to INCLUDE at this facility 
    1. All Drivers/Vehicles with a tag tagged here will be INCLUDED in the available Drivers or Vehicles drop downs when building a retail delivery 
  5. Tags to EXCLUDE at this facility 
    1. All Drivers/Vehicles with a tag tagged here will be EXCLUDED in the available Drivers or Vehicles drop downs when building a retail delivery
