Tutorial: Attaching Test Results to Production Batches

18 STEPS

1 Open Flourish Software and navigate to Inventory from the left side menu

2 Find the line item of the package you would like to create a new production batch from. Click the Action drop-down menu

3 Click Create Package

4 Enter in your New Package parameters

5 Click Use Required Qty

6 The Total qty of new package and Total input qty should be equal. Click Review & Confirm

7 Enter in the New Package parameters including the Created Date/Time, Area of New Pkg, and Location. If this is a Production Batch, click the checkmark next to Production Batch

8 If this is a Production Batch, enter in a unique Lot Number.

This will make attaching Lab Results to future packages with this unique Lot Number an automatic process.

9 Click Create New Package

10 To attach a lab result to a package, click the Action drop-down menu and click Record a lab result

11 Enter in the appropriate lab results. Upload a pdf copy if applicable. If everything looks good, click Record Results

12 Scroll to the right to see the your lab results attached to your package

13 To create packages from the Production Batch, select the line item of your production batch and click Create Package

14 Enter in the New Package metrics

15 Click Use Required Qty

16 Click Review & Confirm

17 Enter in new package parameters. Since this is not a production batch, leave the Production Batch box unchecked. Click Create New Packages

18 Your packages have been created and the lab results for the unique lot number have been attached. That's it. You're done.
