Mobile App Outbound: Create/Edit an Order

You can quickly create and edit outbound orders from the mobile app! If you are a sales rep this is a great way to get your client's orders in without having to have a computer or email the order in.

Permissions Required: Mobile Application > Outbound > Create new order

Permissions Required: Mobile Application > Outbound > Edit order

Create New Order

  1. Navigate to the Outbound Module
  2. Select Create New Order, enter the destination, click Save and Continue to create the order
  3. Scan a package to add the order line and allocate the package

OR

  1. Add an order line manually
  2. Select the Item, Strain, enter the quantity, and unit price then Save
  3. Save the order by selecting the Save button at the bottom

Edit Order

  1. Navigate to the Outbound Module
  2. Select an order
  3. Select Action
  4. Select Edit Order
  5. Change the Destination, Delivery Date/Time, Sales Rep, or add/remove order lines
  6. Select Save
