Set up Spendr as a Payment Method

1. Create your Spendr account.
2. In Flourish, go to Settings.
3. Select Facilities.
4. Click the Configure icon to open Facility Settings.
5. Select Payment Methods.
6. Click Edit.
7. Toggle Spendr On or Off.
   • Keep Enable reconciliation against external system checked.
8. Enter the following values:
   • Location Id
   • Merchant Id
9. Click Save.
   

   

Check Out with Spendr

1. In the POS, navigate to Queue > In-Store > Check Out.
2. Locate the order and click Checkout.
3. Review the order and click Pay if correct.
4. Use the Select a Till dropdown to choose the correct till.
5. Select Spendr as the payment method.
6. Enter the amount in Spendr Payment Amount.
7. Click Send Spendr Link.
   • Flourish sends a payment request to the consumer’s registered phone number.
   • The customer confirms the transaction on their mobile device.
   • Once confirmed, the POS screen displays “Payment Confirmed” via the integration.
