Using Flourish with Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Calendar, QuickBooks and HubSpot

Connect your AI assistant to Flourish and the tools you already use (email, files, chat, calendar, QuickBooks, HubSpot) to run workflows across them.

Your AI assistant can connect to more than Flourish. When your email, files, chat, calendar, accounting and CRM are also connected, it can move information between them. For example, it can read an order out of your inbox and draft it in Flourish, or tell your team in Slack that a job is ready.

Connect Flourish first: see Connecting to Flourish with an LLM Using Our MCP Server. Then add your other tools from your AI client's connector or app directory (in Claude: Customize → Connectors). Each tool uses its own sign-in.

What you can do

Connect

With Flourish, you can…

Try saying

Gmail or Outlook

Turn an emailed order into a draft wholesale order, or a vendor invoice into a staged inbound transfer. Draft a reply to the buyer.

"I just got emailed an invoice from Restaurant Depot. Stage it as a transfer for me to receive."

Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint

Read manifests, POs and item spreadsheets from your files.

"Apply the reorder points in the Q4 Reorder sheet in Drive."

Slack or Microsoft Teams

Post summaries and updates to a channel or person.

"Slack Carly that the Gelato pre-roll job is ready to run in Flourish."

Google Calendar or Outlook calendar

Put scheduled production runs or deliveries on a shared calendar, or set up a meeting.

"Put tomorrow's manufacturing jobs on the Production calendar."

QuickBooks Online

Compare open AR in Flourish with QuickBooks and find invoices or payments missing on either side (read-only).

"Does our AR in Flourish match QuickBooks?"

HubSpot

Log a note or create a follow-up task on a customer.

"Create a HubSpot task for me to call Urban Leaf. Their order will be a day late."

Things to know

  • You approve every change. The assistant drafts the email, message, event or record and waits for your OK before it sends, posts or saves.

  • Content from outside is treated as information, not instructions. If an email or document contains unusual requests, especially about payments, bank details or passwords, a well-behaved assistant flags it to you rather than acting on it. Always verify those requests through a channel you trust.

  • Each tool keeps its own permissions. The assistant can only see and change what your account in that tool allows.

  • No connector? Paste or upload instead. Everything above also works if you paste the email or upload the file.

Using Claude? The Flourish plugin for Claude bundles guided workflows for these combinations, including emailed orders, the daily digest and AR reconciliation.
