In the State of New York, Metrc added a new package attribute called "Finished Goods." It is important to use this correctly, as it has compliance and financial implications. At this time, this is only shown in New York once the Metrc integration is turned on.

This attribute triggers Metrc to create Retail IDs. Note: Metrc charges $0.10 per Each, and you must have the available Retail ID allotment to successfully create the package.
This is only checked at package creation. If you forget to check it, you must convert the package.
Best practice is to print the Metrc Retail ID labels prior to splitting the package.
