Retail

• Customer check-in screen design refresh
• Refreshed our point of sale queues for improved visibility and faster workflows within POS
• New workflow to pack pre-orders within the POS as well as the fulfillment queue
• Deli-style sales and tiered pricing are now supported
• Track customer sign-up attribution. Capture "How did you hear about us?" during customer creation to better evaluate marketing programs.
• New screen to manage retail customer groups. Add and remove groups as needed to drive discounts and reporting. This extends our default groups available at deployment.
• Improvements for physician management

Outbound

• One-click route generation. Choose a summary or detail level of directions for the planned route.

AI & MCP

We're regularly releasing new tools to facilitate AI-driven workflows on top of Flourish.

New Mexico new Seed to Sale System

Flourish is launching support for New Mexico's new state-built seed to sale system alongside the Aug 25 through Sept 1 announced roll out.
