New audit screen to monitor how users are using the MCP tools. Reach the audit log from the MCP configuration screen within Settings > Integrations. We're releasing new tools to

  • Create and manage BOMs, manufacturing runs, and work orders
  • Create inbound transfers (applicable in certain markets)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Enhanced the Demand Planning and Replenishment Workbook (Company Level Reports > Inventory)
  • New Lab Testing Workbook (Company Level Reports > Inventory)
  • Added minutes to approve on the Wholesale Dashboard order cycle time KPIs (Company Level Reports > Outbound)
  • New workbook for Retail Loyalty Redemptions (Company Level Reports > Retail)
  • New workbook for New Mexico NMS2S Reconciliation (Company Level Reports > Admin)

Android App (Mobile)

Inventory

  • Item Management: We moved several fields to the primary edit screen and added a new field
  • We now support printing the Dynamic Top 5 Cannabinoids and Terpenes on labels. Previously, this was only available from BarTender. This pulls from the linked COA.
  • You can now capture the cost of testing on the COA. We've added this to help with COGS analytics.

Outbound

  • Mobile workflow enhancements

Retail

  • Sign-up forms to request info on integrated payment solutions: AeroPay, CanPay, Spendr, Point of Banking
  • Added the "Item Name" column to the Summary of Sales report. This matters for clients who use a retail display name to shorten or clean up item names. Now users can filter and report by either data point.
  • Revised how we display purchase limits within the cart

Integrations

  • Added support to sync the E-Commerce Category and SubCategory for Items within our HubSpot Integration

New Mexico's new Seed to Sale System

We successfully launched our integration with New Mexico's new NMS2S state tracability system, which includes live reporting for Retail Point of Sale and a new feature to support plant tagging for cultivation. See our New Mexico help documentation for more info.
