Here are the new features and enhancements we rolled out in May 2026.

General

Flourish official MCP Server connection using Claude, ChatGPT, or your AI tool of choice. Follow this guide to get connected.

Cultivation

Flourish now supports location management within the Grow module. This syncs to Metrc's sublocation.

Inventory

We've implemented and enhanced new package date fields: Use By Date, Sell By Date, Expiration Date, Packaged Date, and Production Date. The relevant data points sync to Metrc and are required if the Metrc category requires them. Learn more about Shelf Life Dates on Inventory Packages and Inventory Aging.

We're now supporting syncing Flourish locations to Metrc Sublocations.

Inbound

We now support checking in an inbound transfer for BioTrack Florida using the Transfer Screen in addition to the PO Screen.

Inbound Transfers now support non-cannabis inventory.

Outbound

You can now set default terms on an invoice. This is a per-facility configuration.

New mobile support for case scanning. This allows a user to scan cases to designate the quantity to split onto a new package and assign to an order.

Admin

  • The QBO ID is shown within the Item Screen
  • The "Purchasable" flag is available in the bulk update
  • The item's brand now syncs to Metrc (Note: In Ohio, we are still using the "Metrc item brand" field since this does not actually represent a brand in this state.)

COA Portal

We enhanced the New Mexico COA portal to include language indicating that the product passed pesticide testing. If the COA is flagged as "Has Pesticides," that will also display on the COA portal

HubSpot App

Flourish's native HubSpot App supports multiple companies being attached to a single HubSpot instance. Review Flourish's Flourish Software HubSpot App and Integration Guide for more details.

External API

Endpoint returns item case configurations and new destination fields. Our API documentation is updated: https://api-docs.flourishsoftware.com/

New content, including:

  • Aging Inventory
  • Facility Inbound Transfers
  • Company Level Inventory
  • Company Level Wholesale Sales
  • Company Level Retail Sales
  • Company Manufacturing Summary, Inputs, Outputs
