Platform Performance Upgrade
Faster, More Stable Workflows
We optimized how Flourish loads item data across the application, resulting in faster screen loads, improved stability, and fewer unexpected logouts during high-volume workflows. Item dropdowns now use search-as-you-type selectors, so the system retrieves only what's needed, when it's needed—rather than loading entire item catalogs at once—for quicker, more efficient item selection.
Printing
RFID Label Support for Plants and Packages
Flourish Software now supports RFID-enabled plant and package labels through BarTender, enabling faster, more reliable seed-to-sale tracking. RFID tags enable bulk scanning without line of sight, reduce manual errors, and improve inventory accuracy—helping prevent loss and streamline daily operations. Learn more about BarTender Designer - RFID Encoder Setup. This complements our RFID Inventory Counts and serves as foundational work for our RFID Plant Count module coming to the Android App soon.
BioTrack
BioTrack Manifest ID on Flourish shipment manifests
We've added the BioTrack Manifest ID to the Flourish Shipment Manifest for clients in New Mexico and Connecticut. The ID appears on manifests created by Package ID and Lot, making it easier to cross-reference shipments and streamline audits and troubleshooting.
Metrc
Create Multiple Plant Batches (Metrc Specific)
We added a new function to create multiple plant batches at once. This screen significantly reduces the time to plant within Flourish. The existing functions remain in place.
Lern here how to Create Multiple Plant Batches.
New York Retail ID
We've adjusted Flourish logic to accommodate changing requirements for Metrc's New York Retail ID requirements. We're eagerly waiting for Metrc to resolve issues in their development environment to test and release this capability for other states. See the Metrc Retail ID Guide.
Supporting Plant Tag Changes in METRC
Flourish enhanced our integration to gracefully handle replacing a plant tag directly within Metrc. Simply click Sync from METRC to pull the updated plant tag into Flourish and keep your records aligned. Learn more about Syncing cultivation Data from METRC.
Cultivation
Update Cultivation Module Phase Terms
We’ve updated the cultivation module menu labels in the Cultivation module to better align with industry-standard terminology and make workflows more intuitive.
- “Cloning” is now “Propagation,” reflecting the full scope of starting plants
- “Processing” is now “Drying,” aligning the step with where dry weights are entered.
These changes make it easier to understand each stage at a glance and reduce confusion during day-to-day. No functionality is changing within these modules.
Outbound
Added the “Bill To” on Outbound Orders
You can now bill one entity while shipping to another on outbound orders, making invoicing match real-world business relationships. This helps brands, processors, and contract growers accurately bill parent companies, stores, or warehouses without changing where products are shipped—reducing manual work and billing errors while keeping your existing workflows intact. The Bill-To overrides the destination as needed. If unselected, the order is billed to the destination.

HubSpot Integration
Connect Flourish directly to HubSpot
You can now connect Flourish directly to HubSpot using our native app to sync key operational data into your CRM automatically. This integration keeps sales, marketing, and operations aligned by syncing destinations, items, customers, and orders, with control over synced objects and field mappings. With continuous, accurate, up-to-date data, teams reduce manual work, maintain a clean CRM, and gain better visibility to support smarter selling and scalable growth. We are a HubSpot partner and can assist with implementation. The app is currently privately deployed, and we will announce when it is available on the HubSpot app store. Learn more here.
