Resetting Your Password in Flourish

Password Resets

Please follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Navigate to the Login Page
   1. Go to https://app.flourishsoftware.com/login
2. Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen.

   

3. Enter Your Registered Email
   1. In the password reset form, enter the email address associated with your Flourish account.
      
      Note that once you initial the Reset Password process, the reset email link sent to you will expire after 15 minutes.
4. Check Your Email Inbox
   1. Look for an email with your temporary authorization key, sent from:
      Flourish App Team Password Reset Service <TheAppTeam@flourishsoftware.com>.
      1. The email should look like this:
   2. 📬 Can’t find the email?
      Check your Spam, Promotions, or Clutter folders.
      If you're using a company-managed email, confirm with your IT team that the message wasn't blocked.
5. Authorize the Password Reset
   1. Click the link in the email.
   2. You’ll be redirected to a page where you can create your new password.
6. Set a New Password
   1. Enter and confirm your new password. Once completed, you'll be automatically logged into your account.
