Login, Modules Overview, and Access

Flourish Software is a “seed-to-sale” and supply chain management platform for the cannabis industry. It streamlines inventory control and syncs compliance data with state systems in real time, empowering businesses with modern tools to stay efficient and competitive.

What is Flourish?

Flourish is a supply chain management and "seed to sale" tracking software platform. The application manages inventory and synchronizes required data to state tracking systems in real-time. Flourish was built with an idea of empowering today's cannabis businesses with the latest tools, so our clients can stay ahead of the market. We enable operators to run their business in the most efficient way possible. We're a data-driven company that provides analytics to assist your business in reaching the next level.

Module Overview Sections

Login to Flourish

  1. Open your browser and go to your company’s Flourish login page.
  2. Enter your username (email) and password.
  3. Click Login.

If you don’t have login credentials, contact your company administrator or reach out to Flourish Support using the options listed in the Support Options section of the Overview article.

If you forget your password, click Forgot password? on the login screen to reset it.

Password Requirements

To keep your account secure, your password must include:

  1. At least eight characters
  2. One lowercase letter (a–z)
  3. One uppercase letter (A–Z)
  4. One number (0–9)
  5. One special character (such as !, #, $, or %)
Each user must log in with a unique email address.

Supported Browsers And OSs

Flourish Software is designed to run efficiently on modern browsers and current operating systems, ensuring the best possible performance, security, and user experience.

Browsers

Flourish works best on modern, up-to-date browsers. Supported browsers include:

  1. Google Chrome
  2. Mozilla Firefox
  3. Microsoft Edge (including Chromium Edition)
  4. Safari (Mac only)
  • We support the two most recent versions of each browser. When a new version is released, we begin supporting it and drop support for the third-oldest version.
  • Older browsers such as Internet Explorer 7–10 are no longer supported. Users on Internet Explorer 11 should plan to upgrade or switch to Microsoft Edge.
  • Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled for Flourish to function properly.

Operating System Requirements

We recommend the latest, updated operating system on Windows, Mac, or Linux.

Flourish Software supports modern operating systems and hardware configurations to ensure reliable performance and compatibility.

  1. Windows (Client/Desktop)
    a. Supported Versions
    • Windows 10 (supported through its end of life)
    • Windows 11 (64-bit only, requires modern CPU, TPM 2.0, and UEFI firmware)
      b. Unsupported Versions
    • Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 are no longer supported.
  2. macOS (Apple Desktop Systems)
    a. Supported Versions
    • The latest macOS releases (currently including Tahoe and Sequoia)
    • Devices that Apple continues to support, including Apple Silicon and newer Intel-based Macs
      b. Unsupported Versions
    • Older macOS versions (prior to macOS 12 Monterey) are not supported.
  3. Linux / Unix / Open Source Systems
    a. Supported Versions
    • Modern 64-bit distributions such as:
      • Ubuntu LTS 20.04, 22.04, and 24.04
      • Debian (stable releases)
      • Fedora
      • RHEL family (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux)
        b. Hardware Requirements
    • 64-bit processors only (x86_64 or ARM64)
    • Systems must include a modern CPU that supports newer instruction sets; older hardware like Pentium 4 is not supported.
