DETAILS

Outbound

  1. Updated the Packing List PDF
Over the course of 2020 we have been updating the PDF templates in Flourish. To round out the year we have updated the Packing List PDF! You will notice the redesigned PDF when Printing a Packing List for an Outbound Order.
  2. Added the Ability for California Distribution users to Edit the Excise Tax after the Order has Shipped
We added the ability to edit the Excise Tax for an Order after it has been shipped to help you get your taxes in line. We understand that there are circumstances where the originally selected Excise Tax may not be the correct tax. Simply click Edit Order and change the Excise Tax from the drop down selector.

Retail/POS

  1. Added the Ability to hide the Last Name Initial of the Checking Out User on POS Receipts
We understand that there are different requirements in different states when it comes to the Name of the User that Completed a Retail Purchase. To accommodate this we have added a facility configuration to Remove the Last Initial from the name of the user who Completed the Purchase on Receipts.
  1. Removed the Validate Requirement from the POS when Fulfillment at POS is turned off
To better accommodate particular Retail workflows we are removing the Validate button from the POS when the Enable fulfillment at point of sale option is toggled off.
  1. Added the ability to dispense both THC and CBD for Florida Medical Purchases
You will notice there is an extra Required to Validate checkbox in the Compliance section of an item in the Item Master.
    • When this checkbox is enabled, the dispensation validation will fail if the patient does not have enough amount available for the order type.
    • When this checkbox is NOT enabled, but the order type is applicable, then we will optionally dispense to this order type if the patient has enough quantity available.

External API

  1. Added Additional Cannabinoids to the Lab Results API
We added the additional Cannabinoids (Total THC, Total CBD, and ∆-9 THC) from the Lab Results UI to the External API. This gives those who develop against our External API parity to what is displayed in the Flourish web app.

Inventory

  1. Added the Ability to Continuously add Inventory to Existing Manufacturing Runs from Bulk Package Actions
Chalk up another win to your feedback! We are improving how adding packages to existing manufacturing runs work. Now you can keep on adding packages to an Existing Manufacturing Run via Bulk Package Actions!

  1. Added Total THC, Total CBD, and ∆-9 THC to Lab Results
We listened to your wishes and granted you some additional Cannabinoids! Total THC, Total CBD, and ∆-9 THC percentages can now be entered on the Lab Results screen.
∆-9 THC% and THC-A% do NOT calculate the Total THC %.

Grow

  1. Added the Ability to Complete a Harvest in Drying
Based on your real world workflows we are adding the ability for you to Complete a harvest while it is in the Drying Phase in Flourish. This will act the same way as Completing a Harvest from Processing.
Make sure you enter your Wet Weights!
This will send a Completed Harvest Message to METRC.
Harvests completed in Drying will be moved to Completed Harvests in Processing.
  1. Added the ability to Un-Complete a Harvest
Sometimes you find that one plant that was hiding in the corner and need to add it a harvest. Now you will be able to un-complete a harvest! After un-completing the harvest will go back to where it was pre-completing harvest. You can then finish adding plants or weights to the harvest and complete it again.
This will send an Un-Complete call to METRC.
For both METRC and non-METRC users, the Harvest will be moved back to where is was before being marked as Completed.

How did we do?
