We are excited to share that Flourish now syncs harvest data from METRC. Learn more about things you can change on a METRC harvest and sync back to Flourish Software every night or when you click the Sync from METRC button in the Grow module: Sync cultivation Data from METRC.
METRC API Service
We want to share some updates about our ongoing efforts to optimize our operations and work effectively with METRC's API service.
Recently, METRC changed its API service, resulting in longer wait times when creating clones, packages, and other items. Although this change has produced some disruptions, we took proactive steps to address the situation.
We are adjusting our processes to ensure that things run smoothly and remain in sync. Specifically, we are giving METRC more time to acknowledge and reflect changes from calls to create items, packages, and plant batches, which may result in longer "Pending" times for some users. By slowing down our process, we are helping METRC catch up and prevent any issues from arising.
