Enable Add a New Physician to User Roles


You can configure the ability for a user to add new physicians for specific user roles. This configuration allows Flourish admins to manage which users can add new physicians to the system.


  1. Click Settings.
  2. Select User Roles.
  3. Make sure to select the facility you need.
  4. Click the icon to CONFIGURE.
  5. In the Retail module, click the Actions button next to Customers.

  1. Toggle Add a new physician ON to allow Users assigned to this User Role to add new physicians.

  1. Click Save.
Log in and log out to see the setting updates take effect.
