Edit package-level unit weight facility configuration

We developed the feature to allow users to set the Unit Weight of individual packages to help clients who report to external systems that are not METRC. However, not all users need this functionality, so we made this a facility-level configuration that allows users to disable this feature if desired. To find this toggle, please follow the steps below:

Go to  Settings. Select. Locate the Inventory card. Toggle, and don't forget to Save!

Editing Usable Cannabis in RI

To help Rhode Island users, we enabled the Usable Cannabis package attribute upon package creation. Rhode Island users can now edit the Usable Cannabis package attribute after package creation.

Outbound

Hide origin facility on packing list PDF

Per your feedback, we've made including the Origin Facility on the Packing List PDF a facility-level configuration. With this feature enabled, the Packing List PDF will not include the origin facility details, just the Destination.

To find this toggle, please follow the steps below:

Go to  Settings. Select. Locate the Outbound card. Toggle, and don't forget to Save!

Invoice Transaction Date Field

You can now set which invoice date field, either Invoice Date or Shipped Date, syncs to Quickbooks Online as the Transaction Date. Learn more about Quickbooks Online Sync Settings.

Convert packages from Transfers table

Converting external packages into internal packages is a critical step in the inbounding process. To improve workflow, you can now convert packages in the Inbound Transfers table. This saves you lots of time when receiving inventory. Learn more about how to convert packages from the Transfers table here.

Loyalty

Re-map customer loyalty account

Sometimes, Alpine IQ incorrectly combines a new account with an existing loyalty member, causing their loyalty point totals to be inaccurate.  If the Available Points looks incorrect for a customer, you can now check which loyalty membership the customer is merged with and remap the profile to the correct loyalty membership profile if needed. Daily Inventory Snapshot Update

We changed the run time of the Daily Inventory Snapshot reports from 3am EST / 12am PST to 5am EST / 2am PST. You can find this report in Analytics/Reports/Inventory.

Plant Kill Log Update

We added Strain Name to the Plant Kill Log report. You can find this report in Analytics/Reports/Cultivation.

Accounting - Inventory Snapshot

Added totals to the top of the Accounting - Inventory Snapshot report. You can find this report in Analytics/Reports/Accounting.

New report Inventory Control Detail.

 A detailed breakdown of events from the Inventory Control report.

A costing focused version of the Inventory Control report. You can find this report in Analytics/Reports/Accounting.

A report that shows all non-cannabis items created from a BOM. You can find this report in Analytics/Reports/Manufacturing.

New report Compliance - Packages with Zero on Hand Qty.

A report that shows active packages with a 0 qty. You can find this report in Analytics/Reports/Compliance.

New report Compliance - Negative Inventory Report.

A report to diagnose any inventory that might have negative qty. You can find this report in Analytics/Reports/Compliance.
