Sync an Item from METRC
Follow the steps below to import items from METRC seamlessly into your Flourish environment.
- Ensure you choose the appropriate facility in Flourish, where the item was initially created in METRC. This step is crucial to syncing items accurately.
- Go to Settings > Inventory.
- Search by the item name to see if someone else has added it. The search should display
.
- After confirming that the item doesn't exist in Flourish, proceed to click the
button in the upper right corner of the screen. - In the dialogue box, enter the item's name exactly as it appears in METRC.
- Click Import Item and wait for the item to be synced in from METRC:
- Confirm your item with all of the details in your Flourish environment:
