If you're reading this you're either a Flourish client looking for a starting point to provide a guide to your buyers or your using a store deployed by a Flourish client. This guide is a template and will walk you through key things to need to know to successfully navigate and place orders through our online wholesale platform.

Getting Started

Account Registration and Access

Most customers launch the wholesale portal as invite-only. Email your rep and provide your license number, shipping address, billing address, and email. Generally you'll need a copy of your license and to discuss payment terms.

  1. The seller will add you to the wholesale portal and assign you to the designated license(s) to purchase for
  2. Once registered, you'll receive a welcome email with login instructions
  3. Age verification and a password are generally required to access the site

Logging In

  1. Visit the portal's login page
  2. Enter your username/email and password
  3. Complete any required age verification steps
  4. You'll be directed to the main shopping interface

Shopping Experience

Browsing Products

  1. Products are organized into categories for easy navigation
  2. Use the main menu to browse different product categories
  3. Each product displays:
    • Product name and description
    • Current inventory levels
    • Pricing information
    • Available case sizes
    • Product images and details

Using the Shopping Cart

Important: The site may have a configuration to automatically expire your cart after a designated time. Complete your purchase within this window to secure your order.

  1. Select products and quantities
  2. For products with case sizes:
    • Choose your preferred case size
    • Enter the number of cases needed
  3. Pay attention to:
    • Minimum order quantities
