Purpose

Creating a Bill of Materials into case sizes lets you create products with multiple packages that each contain multiple units, accounting for all inventory items used at once.

When your products are pre-packaged into case sizes, this speeds up fulfillment and streamlines your inventory counts.

If needed, see Create Items in Your Item Master or Duplicate an Item to Create a New Item first.
