The destination Facility cannot receive Packages with the SubmittedForTesting Lab Testing State.

Resolve the SubmittedForTesting error when transferring packages in METRC. Learn why packages in testing state can't be received and how to contact your lab to submit results.

Error Message:
Package 1A0000000000000000000000 is marked as SubmittedForTesting and cannot be transferred to OCM-MICR-24-000000-D1 (Dispensary Name). The destination Facility cannot receive Packages with the SubmittedForTesting Lab Testing State.
What does this mean?

This error indicates that the lab hasn't submitted the test results to Metrc.

Resolution:

Contact the testing lab to have them submit the test results tied to this inventory. Once the lab test is entered into Metrc, you can push the Transfer Template to Metrc and complete the transfer.
