📦 Extended Item Pricing (EIP)

We’ve added Extended Item Pricing (EIP) to give you more control and flexibility in how you manage pricing across both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B).

Instead of being limited to a single price per item, you can now set:

  • Standard and Sale prices for retail
  • Standard and Sale prices for wholesale

With EIP, you get flexible, tiered pricing strategies that flow seamlessly into outbound workflows and API integrations—no extra steps required.

🌾 Harvest Date Field Change for AZ & NV

Flourish supported specific application logic for Arizona and Nevada clients. As a follow-up to the last release's new feature for harvest, we removed the separate “Harvest Date” field for our Arizona and Nevada clients. Harvest details are now managed directly through Harvest Data Management.

⚙️ New Manufacturing Statuses and Filters

New statuses, easy filters, and Start/Pause controls give you greater visibility and faster updates, helping your team stay organized and keep production on track. Stay tuned for further enhancements to these screens.

What’s added:

  • Created and Paused statuses for better visibility.
  • Easy filters to view Open, Complete, or All runs.
  • Start and Pause buttons for quick updates.
  • Duration Input updated. Input the total hours and minutes, which are saved as total minutes for analytics.

Inventory Conversion → Auto Work Orders

Now, when you use Create Inventory from BOM, the system automatically logs the conversion as a completed work order in the manufacturing tables.

  • Get cleaner reporting with complete visibility into inputs and outputs
  • Strengthen compliance with a clear audit trail of what was made
  • Keep your same workflow—no new setup required
  • Future-ready as METRC shifts states toward “process runs”

Everything you log in inventory is now tracked as manufacturing, without extra steps.

Printing

🏷️ Item Unit Weight/Volume Display Fields

No more formatting headaches or confusing abbreviations—just clear, compliant, customer-friendly labels.

Examples:

  • 1 Can (12 fl oz)
  • 3.5g / .123 oz

We’ve added new display fields for unit weight and unit volume, so you can decide exactly how product measurements appear on labels. This gives you more flexibility and ensures your packaging communicates clearly to customers and regulators.

  • Item Screen & Bulk Update – Add custom display text for weight or volume.
  • External API – Now supports display fields.
  • Label Maker & Integrations (Bartender, CYBRA Mark Magic) – Automatically use your display text on package and product labels.

BioTrack Connecticut

Update Outbound Orders for Returns

You can now manually update a Flourish Outbound Order to reflect changes when returns occur. This gives you more control over adjustments and helps ensure your financial records and business data stay accurate.

BioTrack Florida

🪴 Scheduled for Destruction in Plants Group Summary

You’ll now see a “Total Scheduled for Destruction” count on the Group Summary screen.

  • Active plants exclude both those marked as 'Dead' and those marked as 'Scheduled for Destruction'.
  • Survival rate treats 'Scheduled for Destruction' the same as Dead, so they’re not counted as survived.

This update enhances the accuracy of your active counts and survival rates, while also ensuring compliance with the 72-hour destruction window.

New Mexico Retail

🌐 QR Code Landing Pages for New Mexico Compliance

We’ve added QR code landing pages tailored for New Mexico regulations. Each product package now generates a unique QR code linking to a digital page that displays all required compliance data, including Harvest Date, Net Weight, and lab test details.

This ensures full compliance with even the smallest labels, while giving customers instant access to transparent product information with a quick scan.
