METRC - How to get my package, item, or strain back in sync with METRC

When it comes to your inventory, there are several things that

should be in sync with METRC, and in case they are not, you can get them back in sync.

How do I know when things are out of sync?

Most of the time, you will see this icon:

Sometimes, an error message shows you what is out of sync:

How Do I get things back in sync?

Still does not work. What do I do now?

  1. Email support@flourishsoftware.com or reach out to us via the Support portal.
  2. Please send us the relevant details (The name of the item or Strain or the package's ID out of sync.)
  3. If you have multiple facilities, please let us know what the relevant facility name is.
