Export & Import Flourish Data to Outfield

Outfield is a field sales and CRM tool that boosts sales team productivity by optimizing route planning, managing customer interactions, and providing real-time analytics.

Data to Export

During the implementation process, your Outfield representative will request exports of prebuilt Outfield reports from Flourish, which will aid in streamlining your onboarding process. These reports are accessible under Settings > Analytics > Integrations:

Report Name

Description

Integrations - Outfield Contacts Import

Used to create/update contacts in bulk. Contacts are people, and the contacts can be linked to places (for example, linking a buyer to one or more dispensaries)

Integrations - Outfield Places Import

Used to create/update Places in bulk. Places are the locations being visited by team members (for example, Dispensaries)

Integrations - Outfield Product Import

Used to create/update Products or Product Variations in bulk and Available quantity. (for example, Product = 0.5g Pre-Rolls, Product Variation = Granddaddy Purp).

Export steps

  1. Go to Settings > Analytics > Integrations.
  2. Select the report you want to export.
  3. Set the filters to get the data you need. Check out the Steps for the "Integrations - Outfield Product Import" report.
  4. Click on the following button to refresh the report and ensure it looks correct:

  6. On the "Download Invoices Import File" popup, set the Format to CSV.
    The option "With visualizations options applied" is the default when you export the report. You must keep this setting checked.

Outfield Product Import steps

Suppose your company has multiple facilities (licenses). In that case, you want to make sure that the inventory levels you send to Outfield are relevant to the Facility you connect to Outfield.

Be sure to do the following:

  1. Select the Facility before you generate the report.
  2. Ensure the Active filter is Yes. (It is the Default).
  3. Click the Reload button. 

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Analytics > Integrations.
  2. Select Integrations - Outfield Product Import.
  3. Use the Facility Name filter to select the Facility.
