My LeafLink and Flourish Inventory Levels Don’t Match
When orders are placed, your inventory is affected. But what if your inventory levels don’t match up between the two platforms? Check out these troubleshooting steps below.
- Is your LeafLink Integration active?
- Is your item in sync?
- Is the inventory levels rule on for your LeafLink integration?
- Are you looking at the sellable quantity in Flourish?
- Have you edited the quantity in LeafLink in the last 24 hours?
Enable the Sync Inventory Levels Rule
You might want to manage your inventory levels through LeafLink directly, and that's okay. If you want Flourish to push sellable quantities to LeafLink, you'll need to make sure this rule is enabled.
- In Flourish, navigate to Settings > Integrations > LeafLink.
- On the right-hand side of the page, locate the Rules section.
- Make sure the Sync Inventory Levels to LeafLink rule is toggled on.
- If it's not, turn it on, and then click Save.
Check the Sellable vs. Available Quantity
Sellable quantity is the available quantity that is not on an order, allocated, locked, or otherwise reserved. This is the quantity that syncs with LeafLink.
- In Flourish, navigate to Inventory > All Inventory.
- Search the name or SKU of the item by entering it in the search bar.
- Compare the quantity in the Sellable column with the Available quantity in LeafLink.
About Editing Inventory Levels in LeafLink
Be careful editing inventory levels in LeafLink — they don’t sync back to Flourish. If you’ve edited item quantities in LeafLink, Flourish will overwrite them in one of two ways:
- After 24 hours, or
- If the item is manually synced with LeafLink.
Sync inventory levels after editing in LeafLink
If you’ve updated the quantity in LeafLink and need it to match what’s in Flourish and you need the two to match back up, that's no problem. You can sync the item on the Integrations page to send the quantity in Flourish to LeafLink.
- In Flourish, navigate to Settings > Integrations > LeafLink > Item Sync.
- Enter the item name or SKU in the search bar, then click Search.
- Locate your item, then click Sync Now.
