Enable Syncing of Outbound Orders to Quickbooks

Control which users can sync Outbound orders to QuickBooks Online by managing their user role permissions, enabling order-to-accounting integration for your team.

General

If you have an active Quickbooks integration, you can manage which users can sync Outbound orders to Quickbooks.

By default, users cannot sync Outbound orders to Quickbooks. Such users will not be able to set an automatic sync of invoices to QuickBooks Online.

Manage the user access

Follow the steps below to set the user roles to enable or disable the ability to sync Outbound orders to Quickbooks.

  1. Click  Settings.
  2. Select User Roles.
  3. Make sure to select the facility you need.
  4. Click the  icon to CONFIGURE.
  5. Locate the Outbound card.

View for users that can sync to Quickbooks

View for users that can not sync to Quickbooks

Users who do not have Sync orders to QuickBooks enabled will not see any icons or buttons to sync to QuickBooks in the Outbound module.
