Overview of User Roles
Set up Flourish User Roles so that you can group individual users to share the same permissions.
User roles are configured at the Facility level, meaning they must be set up separately for each Facility.
There are also completely separate User Roles for the Web Application, Mobile Application, and Point of Sale.
Main Menu Modules

How to create a new user role
- Open Flourish Software and navigate to Settings in the top right of your screen.
- Click Manage Settings
- Click User Roles
- Click Add New
- Type in the name of the new role in Add Role.
- Toggle on the desired permissions.
- Click Save
- You have successfully created a new user role!
How to edit a user role
- Open Flourish Software and navigate to Settings in the top right of your screen.
- Click Manage Settings
- Click User Roles
- Click on the
icon to edit the role
- Once you're done editing the role, click "Save" in the upper right corner of the page
Non-Compliance Integrated User Roles
Non-Metrc/Non-BioTrack user roles are useful for team members who only need view access in Flourish and do not have an account in Metrc/BioTrack.
If you need to create or edit a user role that is not integrated with BioTrack or Metrc, please reach out to the Support Team for assistance.
