User Roles and Facility Permissions
Set up Flourish User Roles so that you can group individual users to share the same permissions. User Roles are specific to each Facility, so they will need to be set up at each Facility level. There are also completely separate User Roles for the Web Application, Mobile Application, and Point of Sale. The roles determine if a user is able to see a main menu item (modules), view or update data, and perform certain actions.

Tutorial: Creating User Roles
- Open Flourish Software and navigate to Settings in the top right of your screen.
- Click Manage Settings
- Click User Roles
- Click Add New
- Type in the name of the new role in Add Role. For this demonstration, we will be creating a new Cultivation Training role
- Toggle on the desired permissions. For this demonstration, the Cultivation Training user role has view only access for limited parts of the Cultivation process.
- Click Save
- You have successfully created a new user role; however, before you can assign users to the user role, please contact Flourish Support (this is a compliance double-check before you will see the role available to add users).
