Details

  1. Flourish is ready for the launch of CureAPI v4 in Florida!
Beginning Tuesday, July 26, 2022, the Florida MMUR (Medical Marijuana Use Registry) will require caregivers to be associated with purchases for patients under the age of 18. Not to worry... Flourish has you covered. See the detailed docs here: MMUR / CureAPI v4 (FL only)
  2. Enhancements to the package sync logic that pulls data from METRC
    1. The Flourish sync METRC will automatically update item/strain on packages changed in METRC
We all make mistakes... but we at Flourish are excited to eliminate a source of headache and disruption with an enhancement to the service that syncs packages back into Flourish from METRC!
When a package is created in Flourish and successfully synced into METRC, you are able to change that package to a new item for whatever reason within a 24-hour period. Going forward, Flourish will update the item/strain on the package when it gets pulled from METRC on the next sync. If the package is an input or output package on a manufacturing run, the run will also be updated with the change.
The only exception: If the package is already allocated to an outbound order under a specific item and the item changes in METRC, you will need to remove the package from the order and then re-run the sync to update the package.
    2. Flourish will sync trade sample packages from METRC and they will appear as trade samples in Flourish
Trade sample packages will appear in the packages grid with a handshake icon beneath the package ID.
  3. New fields have been made available for package and harvest package label templates in the label maker!
We've added the following to the custom label maker.
    1. Harvest Package label templates:
The harvest date is now available to add to your custom labels
    2. Package label templates:
Origin harvest name and date are now available to add to your custom labels
Because packages inherit harvest lineage from source packages, a single package can track back to many origin harvests. If there is more than one origin harvest associated with the package, the default behavior will be to print the name/date of the first harvest found and then the number of additional harvests, since it may not be possible to fit all the information on the label. See below for example.
  4. Changes to the outbound order packing list for Arizona compliance regulations
Arizona requires that cannabis packages transferred to another license include the date of manufacture. To keep you compliant as an operator in AZ, you will find the date of manufacture listed beneath the package ID and lot number in parentheses in the package detail section of the outbound packing list.
Note that this date will be the same as the date that was chosen in the package confirmation screen when the package was created.
  5. New Analytics Content
Inventory Planning Dashboard: New report to look at inventory levels and capacity based on Bills of Materials. This report allows users to better plan for material needs.
QuickBooks Desktop Exports: A set of data exports for QuickBooks Desktop users to better support booking journal entries into QuickBooks Desktop
Sales Team and Sale Rep Performance Dashboard: Flourish provided the ability to track sales by sales rep. These dashboards show team and rep performance based on the data within Flourish.
Trade Sample Report: This report assists in easily pulling data to demonstrate compliance with trade sample rules.
