Customize Package Reference Fields for Label Printing

Package Reference Fields

Flourish allows you to utilize free form fields to capture information that might be unique to your business's workflows or might need to be printed on a package labels. These fields are called Ref Fields (Ref Field 1, Ref Field 2, Ref Field 3) , and they can be found on the All Packages grid. Navigate to Inventory which will default to the All Packages grid.

These headings of these fields can be renamed so that users know their purpose.

1. Click on the dials next to "All Packages" to display a list of movable columns (drag and drop).

1. Ensure that the Ref Field (1, 2, or 3) is turned on.
2. Double click the text to rename the field, and click Save.

2. Click Update at the bottom of the window.

The ref field heading will now be displayed, and the field on each package line is editable.
