Record Aggregate Wet Weights (Non-Metrc)

Purpose

Non-Metrc facilities can record wet weights in two ways:

• By plant: one weight for each plant. See Record Wet Weights by Plant.
• In aggregate: weigh the harvest in whatever units you work in, such as one total for the whole harvest, or one entry per bin, rack, or container. This article covers the aggregate method.

Prerequisites

Set up the harvest log for aggregate entries:

1. Click the Settings gear icon.
2. Select Configurations, then select the facility.
3. Click Harvest in the left menu.
4. Under Harvest Log:
   • Turn off Display plant ID column if you don't weigh by plant.
   • Turn on Display editable reference column if you want to label each entry, for example Bin 1 or Rack A.
5. Under Record and Display, turn on the weights you want to record. See Choose Which Harvest and Drying Weights to Record.

Record Aggregate Wet Weights

1. Select Grow from the left navigation.
2. Click Harvest in the top ribbon and select Harvests.
3. Click the name of the harvest, then click Edit Harvest Wet Weight.
4. Click Add New Record.
5. Enter a Ref Container label, if you turned that column on.
6. Enter the weights for this entry, for example Wet Whole Wt.
7. Repeat for each bin, rack, or container. To record the whole harvest as one entry, add a single record with the total.
8. Click Done.

The totals at the top of the harvest log add up all of your entries.
