Starting an Inventory Count
The process is described in Inventory counts.
Use the "Print Template" to print the PDF template of the inventory you want to count.
The PDF template contains the “Compliance Qty:” (= BioTrack data), which enables users to compare the BioTrack data to the Flourish Software data and take the necessary action to align the two.

Completing the inventory count
When a user completes an inventory count in Flourish, they must confirm the count.
When the user clicks 'Yes,'
- Flourish sends the counted quantity for each package to BioTrack.
- If there is a discrepancy between the counted quantity and what BioTrack has recorded, Flourish automatically adjusts the quantity in BioTrack to match what was counted.
This ensures that both systems stay aligned and reflect accurate inventory levels.
If a user identifies discrepancies during the inventory count, Flourish alerts that completing the count will change the inventory levels.
