Flourish allows you to log and modify plant additives in compliance with BioTrack integration requirements. It ensures that all actions involving plant additives, such as application and modification, are properly logged and tracked for regulatory purposes.

How to Apply Plant Additives

  1. Go to the Plant Additives Screen:
    • Navigate to the "Plant Additives" section within any phase of the Cultivation Module.
  2. Select the Area:
    • Use the dropdown menu to choose the area where you are applying the additives.
    • This will apply the additives to all groups and plants within the Area
  3. Choose the Additives:
    • From the list of available additives, select the one you want to apply.
    • Only additives that are marked "Apply to Plants" and have a valid unit of measure (g, mg, kg, oz, lb, or each) will appear in this list.
  4. Enter the Quantity:
    • Input the total amount of additive to be applied. This will be evenly divided across all the plants in the selected area.
  5. Submit:
    • After entering the necessary information, click "Apply."
    • The system will automatically log the additive application for each plant, recording the quantity applied and other details required by BioTrack.

How to Modify Previously Applied Plant Additives

  1. Access the Plant Additive Log:
    • Go to the Plant Additive Log under the Cultivation Module within the desired phase.
  2. Find the Event to Modify:
    • In the log, find the event you want to modify. You can sort or filter the log based on the date, area, or additive applied.
  3. Click "Edit Event":
    • Select the row corresponding to the event you want to change and click the "Edit Event" button.
  4. Modify the Additive Details:
    • A pop-up window will show the original event details. Here, you can update the quantity of the additive or make other necessary changes.
    • Click "Submit" once you’ve made your modifications.
  5. View Changes:
    • After submitting, the updated additive application will be logged in the system. You can view the updated quantities in the Plant Additive Log.

Viewing the Plant Additive Log

You can always review the application history for plant additives within the analytics module and by visiting the Plant Additive Log. This log provides detailed information, such as:

  • Date of Application: When the additive was applied.
  • Area: The room where the additive was applied.
  • Additive Name: The name of the additive used.
  • Applied By: The employee who recorded the event.

FAQs

  1. How do I know if my additive application was successful?
    • The Sync Status column in the Plant Additive Log will indicate whether the application was successful, pending, or failed.
  2. Can I apply multiple additives at once?
    • Yes, but each additive will be logged as a separate event in the system.
  3. What happens if I make a mistake?
    • You can always go back to the Plant Additive Log, find the event, and modify the details by clicking "Edit Event."
