Leaflink Error Logs - Find Leaflink Integrations Errors

Flourish Software displays why orders or items do not sync from and to Leaflink. Follow the steps below to see the errors:

Errors by Order

  1. Click to go to Settings
  2. Select Integrations
  3. Click on the Pencil icon next to Leaflink
  4. Go to the Sync Errors tab
  5. Select By Order next to
  6. Paste the order ID from Leaflink and see the information in the ERROR MESSAGE section.

Errors by Item

  1. Click to go to Settings
  2. Select Integrations
  3. Click on the Pencil icon next to Leaflink
  4. Go to the Sync Errors tab
  5. Select By Item next to
  6. Paste the item name, SKU, or retail display name and see the information in the ERROR MESSAGE section.

You can search, filter, and schedule to get the report to your email.

  1. Click to go to Settings
  2. Select Analytics
  3. Next to click .
Email the report
  1. Click the three dots
  2. Select Schedule delivery
  3. Fill out the information on the tabs
    1. Settings
    2. Filters
    3. Advanced options
  4. Click to test the email delivery.
  5. Click .
