How to Manicure a Harvest
Here's an interactive tutorial for the visual learners
45 STEPS
1 Open Flourish Software and navigate to Grow from the left side menu
2 Click Flowering
3 Click Groups in flowering
4 Find the Flowering Group you would like to record a manicure weight for. For this demonstration, click FestivalF
5 Click the Action Pancake and click Manicure group
6 Select the Drying Area
7 Review all fields. Click Save
8 Click the 'x' to dismiss
9 Click Drying
10 Click Harvests in drying
11 Find the newly created manicure group. Manicure groups are notated by the original group name plus (m). Click FestivalF (m)
12 Click Edit Manicure Wet Weight
13 There are three ways to record manicure weights. In this screen, you can enter manicure weights on the per plant level by entering the individual weights next to the appropriate Plant ID.
14 You can also export this screen to a .csv file, add the manicure weights, and return to Flourish to Upload completed the CSV file
15 Alternatively, if your state compliance lets you enter in one batch weight, you can enter in one New Record of manicure weight without notating specific Plant IDs. To record manicure weights in this fashion, click Add New Record
16 Scroll to the bottom of the table to find the newly created empty line. Enter in your manicure weight.
17 Click Done
18 After your wet manicure weights have been recorded, move your group to the Processing phase. Click the Action Pancake
19 Click Move harvest
20 Select your Area Type
21 Select your Destination Area
22 Click Confirm Move
23 To record the dry weights of the manicured plant material, find the manicure group in Processing. Click Processing
24 Click Harvests in processing
25 Click FestivalF (m)
26 Click Edit Manicure Dry Weight
27 Click Add New Record
28 Enter in the dry weights under the appropriate categories
29 Click Done
30 You can now create packages from recorded dry manicure weights. Click Create package from harvest
31 Click Bulk Flower
32 Enter in the Number of Packages and Quantity Per Package
33 Click Review & Confirm
34 Enter in the Created Date/Time and other optional attributes
35 Click Create New Package
36 Congratulations! You have successfully created a package from the dry weight of a manicured harvest. Click Print to print a package label, or click Dismiss to exit out of this screen.
37 To view your newly created package, click Inventory from the left side menu
38 Find the line item of the newly created Bulk Flower Durban Poison.
39 To review the ancestry of this package, click the Action dropdown menu and click See History
40 Click the dropdown menu and select See Ancestry
41 The ancestry data for your package of bulk flower is shown.
42 To view your original plant group for the non-manicured plants, click Flowering
43 Click Groups in flowering
44 The original group is found here. Click FestivalF
45 Click the Action Pancake to Harvest the remaining group. That's it! You're done!
