METRC - My Retail Order is Out Of Sync

Resolve retail purchase orders that are out of sync with METRC by viewing sync status details and retrying failed transactions to restore compliance.

We want to resolve sync issues immediately because they might create compliance issues.

Flourish Software gives you the tools to instantly resolve retail purchase sync issues by following the steps below.

  1. Go to Retail.
  2. Select Purchases / All purchases.

  3. Click the red out-of-sync button to open the "Sync Status Detail" modal.

  4. View the issue in the Context part and resolve the issue.
  5. Click Retry Sync.
