Making "Fresh Frozen" Products from Wet Weights

Purpose: Create "Fresh Frozen" item packages from wet weights recorded during the Harvest phase. This applies to both METRC-integrated facilities and non-integrated (No Compliance) environments — the steps are the same, with one small difference in the configuration step below.

Steps

1. Set the item's Source Type to Whole Plant.
   • Go to Manage Settings > Inventory.
   • Find the item and set its Source Type to Whole Plant.
2. Confirm the Harvest configuration.
   • Go to Manage Settings > Configuration.
   • METRC: No changes needed. METRC facilities record Whole Weight only in the Harvest phase.
   • No Compliance: Enable Whole Weight in the Harvest phase.

4. Record the weight and create the package.
   • Record the Whole Wet Weight for the harvest.
   • After recording the Whole Wet Weight, create the package from the harvest.
   • For METRC facilities, creating the package decrements the wet weight recorded in METRC.
