Florida BioTrack: Report Ingredients During Manufacturing

Updated by Admin CG

This document is specific to the Florida BioTrack STS Integration for Flourish Software

Cannabis inventory and ingredients are always submitted to the State Track and Trace system. Flourish also reports non-cannabis ingredients used in manufacturing processes to BioTrack. At this time, this applies only to operations in Florida.

When using a manufacturing run or creating inventory from a BOM, Flourish will:

  1. Deplete the non-cannabis ingredients.
  2. Proportionally divide the ingredients across output packages.
  3. Automatically report this data to BioTrack for each package.

Use Flourish Analytics to view the log of reported ingredients. Once ingredients are added, they cannot be edited or deleted at this time. Ingredients will be reported using the appropriate UOMs. If an input isn't in a supported UOM, Flourish will not send it to BioTrack.

  • Reported UOMs: g (gram), kg (kilogram), mg (milligram), oz (ounce), lb (pound), ml (milliliter), l (liter), fl oz (fluid ounce), gal (gallon), pt (pint), qt (quart),
  • Non-Reported UOMs: ea (each), t (ton), hr (hour), u (unit)
