Retail/POS

  1. Purchase Limits for Nevada
    1. Customers in Nevada are limited on the amount of cannabis they can buy. Recreational customers are limited to one ounce of flower or three and a half grams of concentrate in a 24-hour period. Medical customers are limited to two and a half ounces of usable cannabis in a 14 day period.
Enforce purchase limits has to be toggled on. Admin>Configuration>Compliance. You will need to send in a support request for the Flourish team to turn this on for you.
Validation happens once all packages are assigned to a purchase. Flourish uses the package attribute of THC Content to calculate the amount of cannabis to count towards the purchase limit for concentrates.

Outbound

  1. Added Ref Field 3 to Orders
    1. Per your request, we added Ref Field 3 to orders. This will allow you to enter additional information regarding a particular order.

  2. Added Customer PO # to Invoices
    1. Based on your request we added the Customer PO # field to printed invoices. This is helpful when the Customer PO # is generated from an integrated system such as Leaflink.
The image shows a close-up of printed invoice fields displaying a Due Date of 2021-06-01, Payment Terms of 30 Days, and a Customer PO number of 332-445.
  3. Sellable Inventory by Lot
    1. We understand that some workflows for selling inventory center around the lot number. To better allow your sales reps to get the amount they can sell from a certain lot, we have updated how the sellable number is displayed. If your facility has the Sellable by Lot configuration turned on, then you will now see the sellable quantity for the selected lot!
The Sellable by Lot number gets updated at the lot number for the order line gets updated.

  1. Disabled the Strain Drop-down on Strain Specific Items
    1. We updated the strain selector when creating strain-specific items. If the item you are creating is strain-specific, as configured in the item master, then the strain selector will NOT be editable. This will save you two clicks when creating packages of strain-specific items!

Admin

  1. Added an Employee ID Field for Drivers
    1. The Employee ID field is required to complete certain METRC Transfers. This can also be used by non-METRC clients to maintain employee IDs in Flourish.

  1. Allow METRC Users to Choose Which Facilities to Sync an Item to upon Creation
    1. We are always working towards making out integration with METRC the best in the business. With this feature, you can now choose which facility to sync a newly created item to IF you have multiple API keys for your user in Flourish. In the image below, the user only has one METRC API key so they can only choose that one facility to sync the item to.
If you have METRC API keys for more than one facility you will see them listed with the facility name and the license number in parenthesis.
The item will only sync to the METRC facilities with the green toggle on.
The screenshot shows the "Choose Facilities for Item Sync" dialog in Flourish, which appears when creating a new item for METRC users who have multiple API keys.
  1. External API Webhooks: Inventory, Inventory Summary, Item, and Strain
    1. We have added three additional webhooks for our external API. Inventory, inventory summary, item, and strain. You will now be able to get real-time updates of these data points for your integration into Flourish.
  2. External API Webhooks: HTTPS Update
    1. We updated the webhook URL endpoint field to only accept HTTPS-based URL's.
