Managing Sales Reps

Sales Reps are an optionally used attribute on a sales order to track sales. They can default to a Destination or unassociated with specific destinations. Sales Reps are company-wide.

There is also an option to require a Sales Rep for Outbound orders by facility:

When you define Sales Reps for a destination, you will only see these reps as available selections for orders to that destination. You can add or remove sales reps at any time. Learn more here.

Sales Reps Management

  1. Open Flourish Software and click the gearbox icon to navigate to Manage Settings.

  1. Click Destinations.

  1. Click Sales.

  1. Click Add New.

  1. Fill out the First and Last Name and additional info. Click Save.

  1. To edit a Sales Rep, click the Configure icon next to their name
