Mobile App Inventory: Create a New Package

You can quickly create a package from your mobile device. This can be done by creating a new package or splitting an existing package. When splitting a package you can use the entire quantity to make multiple packages or you can use part of the package to make one or more packages.

Permissions Required: Mobile Application > Inventory > Create new package

To Create a New Package

1. Navigate to the inventory module
2. Select Create New Package
3. Enter the Item, Strain, number of packages, and quantity per package
4. Enter the Created Date/Time, Lot Number, Area/Location
5. METRC users: Select a package tag from the available list of tags
6. Enter the Created Date/Time, Lot Number, Area/Location

The resulting package can be the same item or a different item. In general, the functionality mirrors web app functions.

Permissions Required: Mobile Application > Inventory > Split package

To Split Inventory

1. Navigate to the inventory module
2. Select a package
3. Select Split Inventory
4. Enter the number of packages and quantity per package
5. If there is a difference in input and outputs turn the toggle on
6. If there is a difference automatically creating waste is an option
7. METRC users: Select a package tag from the available list of tags
8. Enter the Created Date/Time, Lot Number, Area/Location

The resulting package/s will be the same item.
