Inventory

  1. Updated the All Packages Grid to Prevent Reloading and Losing Scroll Position

We improved how the inventory grid works to prevent you from losing your place when taking certain actions in the grid. You will now stay in the spot you are when the action was taken!

  1. Due to the limited functionality of the METRC MI API concerning lab sample packages, we have removed the ability to create lab samples for Michigan clients

We have reached out to METRC to get an idea of when they will be able to support submitting lab test types via their API but have not been able to get a definitive date yet.

We encourage you to reach out as well for this much-needed functionality!

Cultivation

  1. Updated the label of the Drying submodule to Harvest

To better align with industry terminology we changed the name of the Drying submodule to Harvest. Below is a list of all the places we updated to Harvest.

  • Grow/Drying Tab
    • Menu:
      • Harvests in Drying = Harvests
      • Plants in Drying = Harvested Plants
  • Grow/Overview:
    • Active inventory report
    • Plant count by status
    • Manage Settings > Configuration: Drying (change to ‘Harvest')
    • Manage Settings > User Roles > Web
    • Manage Settings > User Roles > Mobile
  1. METRC - Ability to Move Plant Batches from Different Groups at the Same Time from the Plant Batches Grid

Yes, that is correct! Previously you could only move plant batches from within the same group. Now you can move plant batches from different groups at the same time. This will be a huge time saver. Instead of doing one by one, you can now move them all at the same time!

Each plant to split needs to be tagged to split into a new group.
All batches selected will be moved to the same area/location

Admin/Settings

  1. Webhooks

Webhooks enable you to receive updates when something changes inside Flourish.  When, for example, a new customer is created, Flourish will send that customer's details to your server. The data sent is the same shape as responses from the Flourish External API but doesn't require constant checks to see what has changed. Please reach out to us if you want to build an integration using our webhooks!

Webhooks are found in Manage Settings > Integrations

  1. METRC - Sync all Strains at the Company Level

We have added sync all strains for across your company to METRC environments. This will sync every strain in your item master across all facilities under your company!

Flourish will only sync the strains to the facilities the user taking this action has valid API keys for.
  1. Option to Require Locating a Newly Created Package

Having packages of cannabis located is a key for compliance. We have added a facility level configuration to require newly created packages to be located to an area and/or a location.

If you only have a location required you will still need to locate the package to an area first to get the available locations in that area.

Mobile

  1. Added Invoice Date Input for Orders

We added an invoice date input for orders so you can quickly enter the invoice date via the mobile app!

This is for when creating/editing orders.
  1. METRC Destroying Plants Updates

For the states listed below, we have updated the destroying plants workflow to match the METRC requirements. Once you have selected the plants to be destroyed simply select the waste method and waste reason, enter the weight and UOM, type in what the waste was mixed with, and any notes. Hit yes and you are done!

If the logged-in mobile user is in a METRC facility in any of the following states they will get the UI in the below images :

  • Alaska (AK)
  • District of Columbia (DC)
  • California (CA)
  • Colorado (CO)
  • Louisiana (LA)
  • Maine (ME)
  • Massachusetts (MA)
  • Maryland (MD)
  • Michigan (MI)
  • Missouri (MO)
  • Montana (MT)
Flourish will send METRC what you type into the Mixed With and Notes fields.
The Waste Method and Waste Reason options are synced from METRC.

  1. Added Transfer Type Selector to METRC Orders

We have added the transfer type selector you are familiar with from the web to the mobile app. This will allow you to make sure that the transfer type is set from the mobile app!

This is for when creating or editing METRC orders
  1. Added the ability to allocate packages in the order detail screen

You were already able to quickly scan packages to allocate and build sales orders simultaneously. Now we've added the ability to also scan (or manually select) packages to allocate directly in the order detail screen!

  1. New Button for Package Actions

When you scan multiple packages to take an action against, we updated the button to make it easier to navigate!
