QZ Tray Certificate renewal
- Flourish Software is about to update our QZ Tray certificate.
- Once that happens, you will need to allow the Flourish web application to connect to QZ Tray to proceed with printing.
- Please follow the steps below:
- After we renew the certificate, you may see this the first time the application attempts to connect to QZ Tray:
- Start QZ Tray and click Try Again.
- If you already have QZ Tray up and running, you will see the Flourish print dialog shows that it is continually searching for printers:
- You will see the Action Required popup (see below).
- Check the box next to Remember this decision.
- Click Allow.
- That's it! You are good to go!
