Un-Ship a Shipment
Flourish supports "Un-shipping" an outbound shipment in order to correct a mistake on the manifest. This feature is available once the shipment is successfully shipped. If in a BioTrack environment, this also means that the manifest successfully synced to the state system.
- This will return the shipment to a "Created" state
- This will void the manifest directly in BioTrack, if relevant
- This will not auto-cancel the inbound PO for an internal shipment. Manually cancel this.
Note: Cancelling and modifying Metrc transfers will need to be handled directly in Metrc
