Added Lot Number to Packages in the Packing List PDF
Remembering a package ID is hard. To make finding the package you need to allocate to an order we added the Lot Number of the package in (parentheses).
Updated the fields that can be edited on the item master
One of our goals is to reduce the amount of item sync errors you face. We updated the fields on items that can be edited pre and post inventory creation. Below is the full list of item fields that can be edited before inventory is created and after inventory is created for both internal and external items.

Inbound - Scanning to Receive Packages for Non-METRC Facility to Facility Shipments
Say good bye to all the clicks it takes to inbound a PO! We are introducing scanning via a USB tethered scanner. Open the PO in edit mode, click the scanner icon, and start scanning! Scan as many packages as you want. Only packages associated with that PO will be received in. Click the order, Edit Order, click the Scanner Icon, and then the Receive button. 4 clicks to receive an entire PO!
Leaflink Inventory Syncing Update
For LeafLink integrations, Flourish sellable inventory will now we be synced to LeafLink as the available inventory rather than the total quantity. This corrects an issue where on-order, reserved inventory counts against the sellable inventory twice in LeafLink.More Invoice PDF Updates
We strive to help you better serve your customers. We added additional details to the Invoice PDF footer. Who signed for the order, what was the form of payment, how much was paid, and a space for a reference number have all been added!
Arizona Shipment Manifest
Based on your feedback we removed all signature boxes that are not on the first page of the Shipment Manifest PDF! This applies only to users with facilities in Arizona.Oregon Chrome Extension
Attention Oregon users! We have enabled the Flourish Chrome Extension or Oregon. The Chrome Extension takes all the necessary information from a Flourish Shipment and applies that to the Transfer in METRC. Please reach out to Flourish Support to be setup!
