DETAILS

  1. Are my items syncing to Leaflink? We are here to let you know once and for all! We have added a new page on the Leaflink integration card for you to see the sync status of each item with the e-commerce flag toggled on. Under Admin>Integrations>Leaflink you will find a new page called Item Sync. Here is where you can see the Sync status of your inventory items to Leaflink. All inventory items are shown and can be sync'd to Leaflink by pressing the Activate button. This turns on the E-commerce Active flag for items and sends it to Leaflink. If the item is out of sync you select Sync Now to re-sync the item.

  1. Based on feedback we have update when orders get sent to Flourish from Leaflink. Previous, orders were sent to Flourish when a user Accepted the order in Leaflink. Now, when the order is Created in Leaflink it gets sent to Flourish
  2. Ability to Sync Sales Reps to Quickbooks Online

    We added the ability to sync Sales Reps to Quickbooks Online based on user feedback! When the Sales Rep field in configured in your QBO instance we will send the sales rep that is attached to that order.
  3. Ability to add Moisture Content to Packages when Receiving

    Knowing the moisture content of a package as it is coming into your facility is very important. This allows you to determine what to charge for the biomass or how to dry it for example. We added a field on the receiving modal to allow you to enter the moisture content as a percentage. To enable this field an admin at you organization will have to toggle on the 'Record moisture content for packages on receipt' toggle on in the Inbound card in Configuration.

  1. Re-order Point for Items

    How do you know when to reorder inventory? Now with the re-order point on the item master you can enter a threshold level for items. If my tincture bottle item gets to 15 then I need to place a new order. We at Flourish can work with you to set up a report for you to see all the items at their re-order point. The UOM on is pulled from the UOM of the item. We will be introducing a looker report based on this new data point in the future. Once the report is ready we will let you know.
  2. Added Lot Number to the Inventory Audit Page

    For better auditing of packages based on feedback we added Lot number to the Inventory Audit Grid. This will allow for easier reporting when the data is exported to Excel.
  3. Added Part Number to the All Packages, All Inventory and the Item Master searches

    Based on certain process flows we have added the ability to search the All Packages, All Inventory and Item Master search fields. Enter the part number, 420420, in the All Packages grid and all packages with that item will be displayed.
