Editing Your Company Profile
To locate your company profile, you must first go to the "Manage Settings" by clicking the Gear Icon in the top right hand corner, or dropdown option on the Flourish home screen, under "Hi, Username!" and go to the Company module on the left side menu.
By default, company information is not editable. To enable editing, select the "Edit" button at the top right
The required fields to have filled out for this module are:
- Industry
- Phone Number
- Address
- Country
- City
- State
- Zip Code
You also have the option to upload your Company Logo (PNG only, 4 MB maximum) here using the "SELECT FILES" button. This SELECT FILES button will only appear after you click the "Edit" button. Images uploaded to here will appear on the top right corner of Invoices drafted out of Flourish. Click here to learn more.
Prerequisite
There are three configuration settings that can be set from here (Recommended to have all 3 ON):
- Auto-lock packages of in-progress or failed lab test results - This will put a lock on all packages that have in-progress or failed results with a lock code of 'Quarantine'.
- Opt in to retail discounts V2 beta - Should be enabled automatically for all new companies created by Flourish. For a comprehensive list of HelpDocs articles on Discounts, go to https://docs.flourishsoftware.com/ and type “Discounts” in the search bar.
