Editing Your Company Profile

Overview

Your Company Profile stores key business information and controls how your company appears on invoices generated in Flourish. This is also where you upload your company logo.

  1. Click the Gear Icon in the top right corner of the Flourish home screen, or click the dropdown under "Hi, [Username]!"
  2. Select Manage Settings

Editing Your Profile

By default, company information is read-only.

To make changes, click the Edit button in the top right corner of the Company module.

Required Fields

The following fields must be filled out:

These are usually auto-populated when your Flourish instance was created. Please ensure the information is correct. If it is not, then please Edit.
  • Industry
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Country
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
Note: Your Company Profile is a useful place to store basic business information for quick reference across your team.

While in edit mode, you'll see a "SELECT FILES" button near the bottom of the form (this button only appears after clicking Edit).

Requirements:

  • File type: PNG only
  • Maximum file size: 4 MB

Before clicking Save, Flourish will give you the opportunity to 'preview' your logo.

Once uploaded, your logo will appear in the top right corner of all Inbound and Outbound PDF invoices generated in Flourish.

Configurations

The Company Profile includes three configuration toggles. It is recommended to have all three turned ON.

Setting

Description

Auto-lock packages of in-progress or failed lab test results

Automatically places a lock with the code "Quarantine" on any package with in-progress or failed lab results.

Opt in to retail discounts V2 beta

Enables retail discount features. This should be automatically enabled for all new companies created in Flourish. For a full list of discount-related articles, visit docs.flourishsoftware.com and search "Discounts."

Opt in to Extended Item Price (EIP)

Enables extended item pricing. See Extended Item Price (EIP) for details.

Turn the toggles on or off as you choose, at the bottom of the screen.
