Block purchase due to expired medical card.

In a Retail facility designated as Is Medical, you can elect to block the checkout or completion of purchases for clients whose medical ID has expired. Learn more here.

Save a Medical Customer with an expired Med ID.

You can save a Medical Customer profile with an expired State Registry ID. When you do that, Flourish will alert you. Learn more here.

Search for a Customer by the State ID.

Show a customer's remaining gram limit on the customer profile (RI/SD)

To help the retail staff and customers in Rhode Island and South Dakota, we display the Max purchase allowed on the customer profile in both the web app and the POS.

You asked for them, and we added three reference fields to the Item Master. You can edit them when you edit an item or use Update Items in bulk.

Flourish External API

We heard your request and developed a v2 of the PostRetailOrder endpoint. Retail orders sent by an external system to this new endpoint will now pass through the Flourish discount engine to automatically apply discounts not configurable as Ecommerce Eligible (and therefore unlikely to have been included in the request). Advanced discounts, customer group discounts, single-use promo codes, and more will now be automatically applied to give your customers the best possible deal. Sync Item price as Wholesale Price.

When Sync Items and Product Info to LeafLink is toggled on, Flourish syncs the Item Price to LeafLink as the "Wholesale Price." Learn more here.
