You can create or edit a Brand for a single item. However, you can create, reactive and edit brands from the Brand management screen.

Access Brand Management

Access the Brand Management screen:

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Select Inventory.
  3. Select Items/Brands.

Create a New Brand
  1. Click New Brand.
  2. Type in the "* Name" field.
  3. Click Save.

Edit a Brand Name
  1. Click on the name of the brand.
  2. Edit the name.
  3. Click Enter/Return/Tab.
Manage The Brand Image

To upload a new image, click "Select Image."

After you upload an image:

  • Click "Change" to select a new image.
  • Click "Remove" to remove the image you uploaded.

Deactivate a Brand

Toggle the 'ACTIVE' OFF.

If you deactivate a brand on an existing Item, the Brand field on that item will be empty until you select a new brand for the item.

Re-enable a Brand
  1. Click on Disabled.
  2. Locate the Brand.
  3. Toggle the 'ACTIVE' ON.
This does not add the brand back to an item. Use the item bulk update feature to add brands in bulk.
