You must create items in your Item Master to receive inventory, create manufacturing runs, or harvest packages in cultivation.
Flourish will create an auto-generated SKU for each item. As needed, you can change this to match your own naming conventions.
Special Cases
For METRC OH, NJ and MA users (click to expand):
1. Create an item in METRC.
2. Wait for the prefix to add to the name of the item.
4. Before creating any packages, Edit your Flourish Item Attributes to suit your needs. If you use custom categories, set the custom category to one mapped to the same METRC compliance category.

- Cannabis items — "Needs Fulfillment" should always be ON
- Non-Cannabis items — "Needs Fulfillment" should always be OFF

Update Vendor Info
You can update the Vendor Info for an item and include this data when you print package labels for this item.
Here is how you update Vendor Info:
- Go to Settings.
- Click Inventory.
- Locate the item you want to edit.
- Click on ITEM NAME.
- On the left Ribbon, Click on Vendor Info.
- Under VENDOR, select the dropdown to choose from the list of your Vendors.
- Select the Relationship from the dropdown.
