Create Plants from a Received Clone or Seed Package in Metrc

Plant clones or seeds bought from another licensee: receive the Metrc transfer, sync the package into Flourish, and use it as the Plant from source.

To plant clones or seeds you bought from another licensee, receive the transfer, bring the package into Flourish, and use it as the source when you create plants.

1. Receive the Transfer

Receive the incoming transfer in Metrc. Metrc requires you to accept the packages directly in Metrc.

2. Sync the Package into Flourish

Use either option:

  • Inbound > Transfers, then click Sync Transfers.
  • Inventory > All Packages, then click Sync Metrc Packages.

3. Find the Package

New packages usually appear at the top of Inventory > All Packages. If you have many packages:

  1. Click Inbound and select Transfers.
  2. Search for the manifest number.
  3. Click the manifest to see its packages.

4. Create Plants from the Package

Create plants as usual and select the package as the Plant from source. See Create Plants from Clones, Seeds, or Tissue Culture.
