  1. Quickbooks Disable Integration Button

We added the ability to disable a Quickbooks integration. Users can now control when they want to turn off the QB integration from the QB integration card. Do note that the user will have to re-enable the integration form scratch once the integration is disabled.

  1. POS Scanning

Users can now scan the item the customer wants to buy and have that item be added to the cart and the quantity allocated from the package the item belongs to. When cannabis items are in the cart the user will select Checkout. This moves the order in the background to the checkout queue. Then the Pay button appears for the user to collect payment. Checkout will only show up if the entire order is allocated.

If there are multiple open packages for an item the user will have to manually add the item to the cart, then select the package.

User can see how many available quantity other packages the item has in inventory. Qty in ().

Config for fulfillment as the POS

We added this facility configuration so users can control what retail facilities have the ability to assign packages to purchases from the Point of Sale. Only users with permissions to adjust facility configurations will have this ability.

  1. External Item indicator

We added this visual to allow Metrc users to clearly see when an item is an External item. External items are generated from Metrc Transfers when the item on the transfer it not found in Flourish.

  1. Metrc Package Retry from Outbound Order

We added the ability for users to retry syncing a package to Metrc from the Outbound Order Allocation screen. 

This will allow users to quickly retry syncing a package with out having to go back to the inventory module and find the package to retry. Users will select the green arrows as if they were going to allocate packages to an order line. From there users can click on the package status icon to open the package retry modal.

  1. Arizona Shipment Manifest

We updated the Shipment Manifest for Arizona clients. This update has the compliance requirements as mandated by the state of Arizona for shipping cannabis product. We display the Origin Package of the package that is being shipped. Along with the Harvest Date, and Origin Batch. This information must be entered on on the Inbound package receiving modal in order for this information to be populated. Lot Number, Harvest Name and Harvest must be entered on the Origin Package when receiving for this information to be populated on the Shipment Manifest.
